His knowledge of understanding cross-cultural clientele, team management for effective delivery and process definition for excellence have earned him several awards in his tenure of 15 years with the corporate. He is a sought-after facilitator for panel discussions and focus group discussions.

He has been an actor, writer and improviser for several years now. He uses several elements of theatre arts in his trainings, either as a tool or as the objective of the training. He is an international champion of humorous speaking in Toastmasters and also an acclaimed impromptu and motivational speaker. He is a speech consultant to some C level executives in drafting keynotes for technology conferences.
